Welcome to Monarch Escapes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any bookings made with Monarch Escapes. By accessing our website or scheduling our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Monarch Escapes
Monarch Escapes provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area, including but not limited to residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, restoration cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and related cleaning services.
2. Service Booking
Customers may schedule services through our website, phone, email, or other approved booking methods.
By booking a service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal authority to authorize cleaning services at the property.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to these Terms and our cancellation policy.
Service appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by Monarch Escapes.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Pricing may change if:
The property’s condition differs significantly from what was described.
Additional rooms or areas require cleaning.
Additional services are requested.
Excessive clutter, pet waste, biohazards, or unsafe conditions are present.
If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, our team will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods displayed during booking.
Late or declined payments may result in:
Additional collection costs.
Suspension of future services.
Cancellation of recurring service plans.
Customers authorize Monarch Escapes to charge the approved payment method for scheduled services and any authorized additional services.
5. Recurring Cleaning Services
Recurring cleaning schedules may include:
Weekly
Bi-weekly
Monthly
Recurring appointments continue until canceled by either party.
Monarch Escapes reserves the right to adjust appointment times due to holidays, weather conditions, staffing availability, or operational requirements. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access to the property may be charged up to the full service amount.
Monarch Escapes reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion.
7. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
If our cleaning professionals cannot enter the property because of:
Locked doors
Incorrect access codes
Security restrictions
Unrestrained pets
No authorized person available
the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees may apply.
8. Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment
To ensure the best possible results, customers should:
Remove excessive clutter.
Secure cash, jewelry, and valuables.
Safely store fragile or sentimental items.
Secure pets if necessary.
Inform us in advance of any special cleaning instructions or areas requiring extra attention.
Unless specifically requested, our services do not include organizing excessive clutter.
9. Pets
We are happy to work in pet-friendly homes.
However, customers are responsible for ensuring pets do not interfere with the cleaning process or create unsafe working conditions. Monarch Escapes reserves the right to discontinue service if an aggressive or unsafe animal is present.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
After reviewing your concerns, we may:
Reclean the affected area(s).
Offer a service credit.
Provide another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
11. Cleaning Limitations
While we strive to achieve exceptional results, certain conditions cannot be fully corrected through cleaning alone.
These include:
Permanent stains
Mold damage
Rust
Hard water stains
Paint damage
Smoke discoloration
Surface deterioration
Normal wear and tear
Monarch Escapes does not guarantee the removal of permanent damage or conditions beyond standard cleaning methods.
12. Restoration Cleaning Disclaimer
Our restoration cleaning services are intended to clean and sanitize properties after repairs, renovations, water damage, smoke damage, or construction work.
We do not perform:
Structural repairs
Mold remediation
Asbestos removal
Hazardous waste removal
Water extraction or mitigation
Fire damage restoration repairs
These specialized services should be completed by qualified restoration contractors before final cleaning.
13. Airbnb Turnover Cleaning
For Airbnb and short-term rental clients:
Adequate turnaround time must be provided.
Fresh linens and guest supplies should be supplied by the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
Cleaning schedules should align with guest check-in and check-out times.
Monarch Escapes is responsible only for cleaning services and is not liable for guest-related issues unrelated to the cleaning performed.
14. Damage Claims
Although our team exercises the highest level of care, accidental damage can occasionally occur.
Damage claims must:
Be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Include photographs.
Include a written description of the issue.
Monarch Escapes is not responsible for:
Existing damage.
Improperly installed fixtures.
Manufacturer defects.
Normal wear and tear.
Items with pre-existing cracks or structural weaknesses.
15. Health & Safety
For the safety of our employees, Monarch Escapes reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where unsafe conditions exist, including:
Biohazards
Excessive pest infestations
Hazardous chemicals
Unsafe structures
Threatening or abusive behavior
Illegal activity
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Escapes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and branding—is the exclusive property of Monarch Escapes unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
18. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software or code.
Disrupt website functionality.
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Misrepresent their identity.
19. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
20. Force Majeure
Monarch Escapes shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

Any updates become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
