All services are performed before or after business hours, allowing your team to start each workday in a spotless, refreshed environment without interruption.
What’s Included:
• Desk and surface dusting/disinfecting
• Trash removal and liner replacement
• Floor vacuuming and mopping
• Restroom sanitization
• Breakroom and kitchenette maintenance( countertops, microwave)
• Touchpoint disinfection (handles, phones, switches, etc.)
**if inside refrigerator cleaning is needed, there is an additional fee of $40**
The Monarch Condition Report™ (for recurring clients only)
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and excellence, recurring clients receive a scheduled Monarch Condition Report, which is a professional evaluation of your workspace conducted monthly or quarterly, depending on your service frequency.
Each report includes:
• Identified areas of recurring buildup or high-traffic wear
• Notes on materials and products used
• Recommendations from your assigned cleaning specialist
• Observations on any visible wear, tear, or maintenance needs
